Welcome to NURA. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NURA platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Nura AI ("NURA," "we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
NURA provides an AI-powered back-office automation service for small and medium-sized businesses. The Service includes automated client communication, invoice generation and management, lead tracking, appointment scheduling, and related administrative functions.
NURA operates as a software tool and is not a licensed legal, financial, or professional services firm. Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice.
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account at nuraai.customerservice@gmail.com.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that these requirements are met.
NURA offers several subscription plans with different features and pricing. Your chosen plan is described on our Pricing page. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are in USD and are non-refundable except as described in our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee below.
Free Trial: New accounts include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. If you do not add a payment method before the trial expires, your account will be paused (not deleted).
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If NURA does not save your business at least 10 hours in your first paid calendar month, contact us within 30 days of your first charge and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
You grant NURA a limited license to process, store, and use your business data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data or use it to train AI models for other customers.
The NURA platform, including its software, AI models, user interface, and branding, is owned by Nura AI and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes only.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NURA's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid to NURA in the 12 months preceding the claim. NURA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the federal or state courts of Travis County, Texas.

Nura AI ("NURA," "we," "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information about you and your business when you use the NURA Service.

We do not use your data to train AI for others. Your business data is used only to power NURA for your account. It is not fed into any shared training datasets.

We protect your data with industry-standard security measures including AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, regular security audits, and strict access controls. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take every reasonable precaution.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we retain your data for 90 days to allow account recovery, then delete it upon request or automatically. Anonymized, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authentication, and optional analytics cookies (with your consent) to understand how the product is used. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

NURA is headquartered in the United States. If you are in the EEA or UK, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission to ensure adequate protection for such transfers.
Our infrastructure providers (Supabase, Stripe, SendGrid, OpenAI) all maintain appropriate data processing agreements and transfer mechanisms.
NURA uses automated processing (AI) to generate communications and take actions on your behalf. This is done under your explicit instruction and configuration. NURA does not make automated decisions about your clients' creditworthiness, eligibility for services, or other consequential decisions without human oversight.

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to opt-out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising CCPA rights.
